The Roland SH-5 Bender/Control part:

This is the opportunity to purchase a brand NEW replacement SH-5 part of outstanding quality and accuracy.

No matter if your keeping and treasuring, or selling on, this WILL add value beyond it’s price.

DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED IN UK. WE RESPECTFULLY INFORM THIS IS NOT A FACTORY ROLAND PART AND IT’S PURPOSE IS FOR RESTORATION ONLY. If Only restoring using this part, please note that the paint is going to look fresher and can be usually up to 5% different to the original ( see below).

What is included:

This is the ‘Controllers’ and benefits from a high end ceramic coat that is fine and an incredible close match of colour ( usually within 5% ) This is then silk screened by hand using faithfully accurate artwork that is within 0.2mm tolerance.

Please note, there will be a slight difference in colour to your existing base / bender panel etc. However we have no worries of comparing to original.

Why is this ?

1. Original paint degrades differently, subject to light, and how it has been cleaned and cared for.

2. Even today, paint batches differ by a small degree.

3. This is fresh, vs your old paint

4. What environment the original has lived in, ie smoke, heat etc.

A FULL kit will be made available once all parts are in production.

This would allow you to keep your existing SH-5 and potentially mount it on the wall or in a display cabinet in the studio.

Synthful bodies will also be making cool display cabinets for this purpose in due course.

You now don’t have to send your prized possession half way around the world for Sweet Discrete to restore, simply swap over your electronics and away you go !

A replica Controllers panel has been faithfully recreated for the Roland SH-5 ( Main panel to follow shortly )

Various images shown prove how light sensitive the colour is but it’s as close a humanly possible when compared to a real SH-5 as you can see.

Of course restoration services are available for the SH-5 and many others too, but this is another product to replace your old panel and keep the original.

Main panel shown is for colour reference only and will be sold separately.
